"Safety First" is the motto under which all WEIS, LLC employees must live by and is a condition of their employment. That said, it is the obligation of all WEIS, LLC employees to pass random Drug and Alcohol Tests and complete Certified Health, Safety and Equipment Training Courses, on an annual basis, all designed to prevent work place/force injuries and/or illness through improved education and awareness. Additionally, it is the responsibility of all WEIS, LLC site foreman to meet with all crew members on a regularly scheduled, or as required, basis to review any specific Safety Plans of Action (SPOA) that may be required and/or report any safey concerns they, other employees and/or the customer may have observed. Simply, we take the heath and safety of our own and our customers employees very serious and promise that every proactive precaution possible will be taken to always provide a safe working environment for both. .
